Sandler Training is a Jacksonville, Florida affiliate of the internationally recognized Sandler TrainingSM. We are a sales and sales management development firm helping corporations, entrepreneurs and professionals develop a strategy to reach the level of sales performance and leadership they desire through ongoing reinforcement of the Sandler Selling System® to incrementally develop skills in sales and management mastery. The Sandler program is designed to teach, practice and apply a proven sales methodology that addresses behavior, attitude and technique.
Locally, Patrick McManamon is the President of Sandler Training. Prior to opening Sandler Training, Pat spent 18 years with the Fortune 500 Company, CSX, as Director of International Sales, with a nationwide sales force. Pat was responsible for 62% of the company's sales, translating into $136 million annually. Pat has an undergraduate degree from Xavier University. He also attended the University of Michigan and the University of Chicago to add to his knowledge base in the areas of Finance for non-Financial Managers, Pricing and Marketing Methodology. Pat serves as a committee member of the Gator Bowl, a non-profit organization which benefits the northeast Florida business community and public schools. He is also a trustee for the Chamber of Commerce Jacksonville.
Michele McManamon is Vice President and co-owner. Her sales experience was developed through years of practical sales experience in a variety of industries. She worked effectively with mid-size to Fortune 500 companies, and exercised her entrepreneurial spirit by staring her own businesses in Houston, TX and in Baltimore, MD. Michele is also currently on the Board of the South Council Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Small Business Resource Network (SBRN), a member of the Commercial Real Estate Women-Jacksonville association (CREW), and a committee Chair at The Players Championship.
The McManamons have been training the award winning Sandler Selling System in Northeast Florida since 1998. Their client list includes companies such as: Advanced Insurance, AFLAC, Tarmac America, ATS Staffing Services, CIT PPR Travel, Fidelity National Financial, Humana, Medtronic / Xomed, PHH Mortgage, Physician Sales and Service (PSS), and Wells Fargo.
