Founder and President

Patrick McManamon

Pat has trained, assessed and consulted with salespeople, sales managers, business leaders, entrepreneurs and the C-Suites of major organizations in the medical, financial, insurance, construction and technology industries. To date, he has trained nearly 12,000 salespeople with diverse backgrounds and experience levels.

Pat received a Trainer of Excellence Award from the University of North Florida and has been recognized by Certified Sales and Marketing International (an ISO 9002 company) as achieving The Certification in Sales designation.

 

 

 

Principal

Aaron Novak

Aaron is a sales and marketing executive most recently serving as CEO of a national healthcare organization. Prior to that, he spent 20+ years in sales and leadership positions in the medical supply, manufacturing, and distribution industry. Aaron has worked in the leadership development and training field throughout his career with a multi-billion dollar publicly traded company. He is the co-author of several sales training programs and works regularly with sales personnel to improve performance and results. He is also certified as a leadership coach and sales trainer. Aaron is a lifelong learner and is committed to building long-term trusting relationships with peers and clients alike.

Vice President of Customer Care & Experience

Stacey Hewey

Stacey has trained salespeople, leadership teams, customer care/call center associates and performing artists in the healthcare, financial, retail and entertainment fields. Her passion for bringing creative simplicity to the training process, presentations, communications and marketing collaterals brought her to Sandler.

Prior to joining Sandler North Florida, Stacey worked in brand and product management, sales management, media and advertising, including more than 10 years as Product Marketing Manager for PSS/McKesson, training the sales field and launching products and promotions. She was tasked with generating $300 million+ in annual revenue via 800 sales reps, call centers, delivery drivers and other customer touchpoints.
