Founder and President
Pat has trained salespeople with diversified backgrounds and experience levels in the Medical, Financial and Insurance industries. Some of his major accounts include Medtronic, Humana, Fidelity National, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Wells Fargo.
To date, Pat has trained over 1600 salespeople nationwide. He received a Trainer Excellence Award from UNF. Pat has also been recognized by Certified Sales and Marketing International (an ISO 9002 company) as achieving The Certification in Sales Designation.
Aaron is a sales and marketing executive most recently serving as CEO of a national healthcare organization. Prior to that, he spent 20+ years in sales and leadership positions in the medical supply, manufacturing, and distribution industry. Aaron has worked in the leadership development and training field throughout his career with a multi-billion dollar publicly traded company. He is the co-author of several sales training programs and works regularly with sales personnel to improve performance and results. He is also certified as a leadership coach and sales trainer. Aaron is a lifelong learner and is committed to building long-term trusting relationships with peers and clients alike.
Stacey brings creativity to coordinating Sandler activities, thanks to a background in marketing, sales and media. Born to edit, she consistently asks “How can I say that / explain that / sell that more effectively?” Stacey is trained and/or certified in ad search and optimization, direct mail and social media marketing and project management. She says she’s always learning, except when it comes to making her signature Chicken Francese dish – she’s got that down pretty well already.
