Founder and President
Pat has trained salespeople with diversified backgrounds and experience levels in the Medical, Financial and Insurance industries. Some of his major accounts include Medtronic, Humana, Fidelity National, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Wells Fargo.
To date, Pat has trained over 1600 salespeople nationwide. He received a Trainer Excellence Award from UNF. Pat has also been recognized by Certified Sales and Marketing International (an ISO 9002 company) as achieving The Certification in Sales Designation.
Co-Owner and Operator
Michele is co-owner and operator of Sandler Training in Jacksonville, FL.
Sandler Training is a sales and management training development company. The Sandler system focuses not only on technique training, but on behavior and attitude training as the forefront. This empowers their clients with an “up-front”, “no-nonsense” approach to sales. Their goal is to help companies of all sizes grow in their businesses.
Prior to joining Sander Training, Justin proudly served for nine years in the United States Navy. As a veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom, Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Sea Dragon, he credits his personal core values of communication, teamwork and integrity to his service to our country.
Director of Business Development
Dax is Navy combat veteran with over 20 years of global training experience, holding a Master’s degrees in Human Resource Development, Management & Leadership, and a BA in Psychology. He served throughout Europe, the Middle East, and Asia developing and implementing effective training strategies, and tactics for highly specialized teams.
Kim is a retired Navy veteran, with a Masters and Doctorate in Business Administration. She serves on the Board of Directors for Operation New Uniform and is the proud mother of an up-and-coming gymnast. Her passion is assisting veterans and athletes, who share similar challenges, with the transition from a sports or military career to the next phase of their lives.
Margaret began her association with Sandler Training in 2012, and was hooked at first blush. A veteran in media sales and sales management, she had the same response that many Sandler devotees initially have: “Why didn’t I learn all of this great stuff earlier in my career!?”
